ENFINI CUSTOM WORKS TERMS of SALE

These Terms of Sale (the “Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and EnfiniCustomWorks and its partner staff and companies divisions as may change from time to time (collectively, “EnfiniCustomWorks”, “we”, “us”, and “our”). 

These Terms apply to any EnfiniCustomWorks website, or other online or interactive services, that are provided in JAPAN and that include a link to these Terms (together, the “Services”).

 

Please read this agreement carefully. It contains very important information about your rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusions.
By purchasing a product on the sites, you are also bound by the EnfiniCustomWorks privacy policy and terms of use, which are incorporated here in by reference. If you do not agree with these terms, do not order/keep your products.

 

 

1. PRICE AND AVAILABILITY

 

Some of the Products featured on the Sites are displayed for promotional purposes only and may not be available for purchase through the Sites. All Products offered for purchase on the Sites are subject to availability. The prices stated for such Products are subject to change without notice. Any EnfiniCustomWorks publication may include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. EnfiniCustomWorks shall not be held responsible for any pricing, typographical, or other errors in such publications. Changes may be periodically made to these publications. These changes will be incorporated in new editions of these publications. EnfiniCustomWorks may make improvements and/or changes in the products and/or the programs described in these publications at any time without notice.

 

2. EXTRA CHARGES

INCOTERMS FCA/FOB Tokyo Japan,

All costs incurred outside Japan such as ocean transportation cost, marine insurance cost, custom clearance cost, import duty, and vat etc.. is at customer’s account. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

 

3. PAYMENT


Pre-Payment in full within 7 working days by payment method below after your order.

Credit Card by PayPal

My PayPal payment  can accept VISA and Master card.
If you have a PayPal account, you can easy to payment.
If you do not have a PayPal account, you have to make your account and register a credit card.
We will request that the billing amount in Japanese yen.
So its amount will be applied with the exchange rate determined by PayPal at the time of your settlement. 

 

Bank Transfer (TTR) 

After your order, we will email about correct invoice including shipping fee and my bank account to you.
Please transfer to its bank account on Japanese yen (JPY).
At that time, please bear in mind that you are responsible for all the exchange fees and bank remittance charges.
If shortage occurs, We cannot ship the item. We will ship it after receiving the shortage amount again from you.

NOTE about Separate Claim of Shipping Fee

 

This cart system is not possible to set shipping rates by items, delivery destination and delivery method.

 

To Customers of PayPal Payment

 

I'm sorry in this shopping cart system, only product price without shipping fee be settled at first.

For customers who have inquired in advance, we will send invoice of shipping fee separately via PayPal.

For customers who have not consulted about delivery before your ordering, we will ask you how to delivery on email. After your answer, we will check the shipping fee and tell you. After we can confirmed your shipping method, we will send invoice of shipping fee separately via PayPal after your order.

We will ship the item after the shipping fee settlement is also completed.

 

To Customers of Bank Transfer

4. DELIVERY

 

You can chose EMS or FEDEX or DHL.

 

EMS :

Reasonable international express postal service with tracking number. In Japan, It is used as major and common international shipping service.

However, I heard that some cases that be lost, left and delayed its luggage. Therefore, we recommend that it always have liability insurance at the time of shipment.

FedEX & DHL :

Although expensive, it is door-to-door service an global shipping company of recognized standing.

 

5. SHIPPING FEE

 

Please contact me before your order.

 

When we check the shipping cost, we have to know your address. So please let me know your address and your order products and delivery company that you want.  we will e-mail information after we check it.

 

This cart system is not possible to set shipping rates by items, delivery destination and delivery method.

Therefore in your order page of the cart is displayed "FREE", but it is NOT FREE
Shipping fee will be corrected and added separately after your order. 

 

6. TIME & PORT OF SHIPMENT 

Shipment is made from Narita Airport Japan by air with in 5 working days after the full payment is confirmed.
If customer wants us to arrange delivery to your designated place, we may undertake to arrange it at your account based upon your information.

7. INSPECTION AND PACKAGING 

In respect of quantity and quality of the item, EnfiniCustomWorks’s inspection is final and packaging is in line with export type.

If something is wrong with the items, please let me know the details information, and evidence within 7days by e-mail.

And If there was distortion, wreck etc of the packing box, please declare it to the deliverer and take pictures of the state at that time.

  • State of outer box at arrival

  • State of the top lid opened

  • State of distortion or trauma of the product

Please let me know the trouble by transport on e-mail attached these pictures datas within 3 days.

In addition, please check the condition about electricity and sounds of unit, if there is a problem, please contact me by e-mail within 7 days after arrival.

After this period, it will be impossible to process as a shipping accident, so please contact me promptly.

 

8.RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

You have 14 days to return the item.

However, you must specify the reason for your return and exchange (from ABCD below) and contact me on e-mail within 7 days after products arriving.

 

We will be able to only accept return for :

 A )  Ordered by mistake (in case of unused unit only)

 B )   Just didn’t like

 

We will respond to exchange with the correct products only about reason below :

 C )  Arrived damaged

 D )  Wrong unit sent (in case of unused unit only)

 

About Charge of return and exchange expenses :

  • About reason of A and B, You are responsible for all shipping charges of returned items.

  • About reason of C, You do NOT need to responsible for all shipping charges of returned items.

  • About reason of D, EnfiniCustomWorks is responsible for all shipping charges of returned items.

Regarding returned, buyer have to return all of the contents (outer box, inner box, packing cushion material, unit, all accessories) at the time of shipping.

If there are missing items, I cannot respond to your refund.

 

About Refund

  • About reason of A, I will refund for only unit price (not including of shipping fee etc.) only when I can confirm that it is an unused after I received the returned unit.

  • About reason of B, I will refund 80% for unit price (not including of shipping fee etc.) after I received the returned unit.

*However, The handling fee of card and bank transfer fee for refund procedure are deducted from the refund amount. Also, depending on the exchange rate at the time of refund, It may not be guaranteed 100% or 80% of unit price that you paid.
